Vehicle Tags and Registration (evidence)

A small evidentiary bundle: the vehicle's metal license tags and a folded state registration card slipped into a clear plastic sleeve. The plates bear stamped numbers and light road grime; the registration shows printed owner name, vehicle make/model, and an expiration date. An officer produces them, thumbs through the sleeve, and holds them up as documentary proof during the charged exchange about the traffic stop.
