Crew members (La Forge, Picard, Riker, Troi, Worf) press close to the glass as images stutter; sparks and a filmed explosion flash across the panes, leaving soot streaks on some rims and intermittent blackout in others. Technicians jab nearby consoles to reroute feeds while the ports emit a soft, urgent diagnostic chime.
