Compact and utilitarian, it shows wear from constant use — faint mineral streaks and smoothed edges from hands. Colonists pass it without ceremony; leaders linger near it during conversation. In the scene, its steady presence frames Data’s warnings and Gosheven’s refusal, anchoring the street with practical infrastructure and communal bustle.
