Youngsters

The Youngsters appear as a generational counterpart to the Oldsters within Paradise Towers, brought in alongside them during forced relocations. Neither formally organized nor politically dominant, their role in the Towers' power structure remains undefined during these interactions. They emerge only as undifferentiated bodies when distributed among Towers' factions, functioning as displaced masses rather than an active collective. No hierarchy, ideology, or coordinated actions are shown—they exist as localized populations subjected to the Towers' artificial social segregation.
