The Great Hall Mirrors
The curved, reflective surfaces of the Great Hall’s time-sensitive communicators serve as both barrier and threshold. Their polished alloy frames catch the dim light of the micro-universe, while their depth distorts beyond conventional reflection. When aligned by Rorvik’s controls, they become one-way screens—Biroc appears trapped within, speaking through the glass without bi-directional passage. The Doctor uses them to confront Rorvik’s exploitation directly, forcing a confrontation on the boundaries of space and time.
