A single wilted leaf, its edges curled from dehydration, floating on the stagnant surface of a once-hidden water source. The Hunter’s touch blackens its veins, the plant’s death spreading in slow motion as toxic contamination seeps into the remaining moisture. The Doctor studies its decay under the simulation’s harsh light, recognizing the Hunter’s signature method: polluting every viable subsistence resource to force exhaustion.
