Stage Scenery Rigs

Above the stage, a network of metal rigs supports painted backdrops, overhead battens for lighting instruments, and lightweight props. These rigs form a spiderweb of thin steel beams and ropes ascending into the rafters, their shadows deepening as the chase between the Doctor and Weng cuts through the theatre’s upper levels. The Doctor lands roughly among them, sending dust and rope fibers drifting down as he scrambles through the precarious path.
