He greets the away team with polished, impersonal politeness, provides room keys and complimentary chips, and otheres visitors by naming their planet. He attempts to defuse conflict by invoking hotel policy, warns the bellboy about dangerous patrons, and keeps the lobby’s script intact. When violence erupts and the casino bank breaks he shifts from composed neutrality to flustered incredulity, functioning as the hotel’s administrative mouthpiece and procedural obstacle to the crew’s escape.
